Global Town Halls
The firm convenes town halls and panel discussions with Lazard employees and with external guest speakers and leaders frequently throughout the year. The topics span a broad range of issues, from macro-economic, to geopolitical, to workplace concerns, ESG, and more.
Lazard Innovation Contest
We conduct the Lazard Innovation Contest every other year to promote constructive thinking about the future of our firm, from workplace improvements to business development initiatives. Every person at the firm is invited to participate. The winning ideas are selected by the officers of the firm and we endeavor to implement all winning ideas.
Listening to Feedback
To meet our goals and support our people, we consistently connect with colleagues to understand their priorities, concerns and recommendations for improving the firm. This includes the regular use of pulse surveys to measure employee engagement. Officers of the firm also meet with people in small groups frequently to answer questions and share ideas.
In 2021, there were nearly 500 submissions to our annual Photography Challenge from our colleagues across the firm. We are sharing a few of the winning photographshere.
Global Step Challenges
